Had a Serta iComfort memory foam for 5 years before it started to sag pretty bad, and my wife (no pics) and I are not huge people - 120 lbs and 195 lbs respectively. We both started waking up with lower back pain about 3 months ago so I pulled the trigger on a Wink Bed after doing some research for mattresses best for stomach and side sleepers. Just got delivered today. $1499 mattress and $149 white glove service to set it up and take the old one away. About to knock out on it in a few minutes and try it out.

Bought a Leesa 6 months ago and it has been a great mattress. Highly recommended but be aware that it is slightly on the stiff side for mattresses. But I think that is a good thing for people's backs

Buying mattresses sucks

I'm about to pull the trigger on one, and so many options, and so much info.

I have had this same problem with conventional mattresses lately...they start sagging within a year or two and are fit for nothing but a dumpster within 5 years. I was hoping that a memory foam mattress would last a little longer.

the reviews on tuft and needle are really good.

4.7 out of 45K reviews.

Anyone had one?

the reviews on all of the mattresses mentioned in this thread are pretty good....looks like there are a few mentions of the tuft and needle here in this thread.

as I see it, the three comparable mattresses are ranked below from firmest to softest:

Leesa - Firmest

Casper - Medium

tuft & Needle - Softest

You know, I have a Leesa and I'd describe it as having good support but Consumer Reports recently did a big article on mattresses (Casper was their #1 for foam mattresses, Leesa was #15 or so) and they described the Leesa as being a soft mattress. I'm not so sure I agree with that although I'm sure they can back it up with their testing methodology.

Anyway, I bought a Leesa last July, I love it, it's very comfortable, and it stays cooler than my previous innerspring mattress did. I've also tried a friend's Purple mattress and was not impressed. You can feel the boxes of purple material in the top layer and you have to use t-shirt style flexible sheets in order for it to feel good. Not for me, although I do have a Purple seat cushion that I like.

I recommend the Leesa without reservations. YMMV, though, since everyone is different.

We have a tuft and needle and love it. $750 for a king. While it is a little softer than some...both my husband and I have back issues and it is firm enough to benefit our backs. Doesn't get hot either.

The customer service is supposed to be awesome. You don't like your mattress within 100 days you call them and get a refund. They will donate the mattress to a charity/shelter of your choice in your area and arrange for pickup (free of charge I think).

They have a physical store in San Francisco and PHX. We went to the PHX store, you can't buy the mattress there (still have to order online), but they have all these rooms set up with their mattresses and you can lay on them and see if you like it. They serve free beer in the store as well sometimes.

After buying one, give a report. I been looking at them. The biggest question is, do they get hot?

I went with one of their competitors, tuft &needle. Have had it for about a year and no complaints thus far. Like many mattress companies, they do a 90 day free return, so it's worth trying out.

Most companies do this. It's called markup.
