I've been inside one at MIA while working for another airline. It was like a tube and kinda tight while sitting. Really nothing special. Had a relative that flew from CDG to GIG (Rio). Said it was noisy as shite.

No, but we could see it just after takeoff from our home near Dulles Airport. Thing damned near sat on its' arse and went vertical when it did the initial climb.

I won a hat contest in second grade. Wore a pot on my head and said I was Johnny Appleseed. Prize was selection of book fair books. Plane tracing book, obviously. Traced the absolute frick out of some Concordes, that I can tell you.

Grandpa was on the maiden flight, whenever that was and maybe another time.
He was also a fan of celebrating New Year’s Eve in a couple of different time zones in the same night, flying between European cities.

this story had more twists and turns than an M Night Shyamalan movie

During the 1980s, our company had much business in France, and several of our executives would fly the Concorde. I always got book on direct flights from DFW to Paris.

My dad took one trip onboard. He doesn’t have great memories of it as his company was rushing him home from overseas business to attend his father’s funeral.

Golf buddy of mine flew it a handful of times for business. He said the same thing... aside from the speed and time savings, which were impressive, the cabin comfort and ride itself weren't remarkable.

price of a first class seat on a 747, and a small seat on the Concorde was about the same in the mid 1980's. Trade off was great meal/drink service versus a 3 hour shorter flight.

This looks like a horror movie
