It had better be a damned good job opportunity. Depending on where you're at now, it could be an upgrade, but there's a lot better within a commuting distance.
The Fort Collins area (including Wellington, Windsor, etc) is significantly nicer. I've lived in FoCo for two years now and dread going to Greeley.

It smells bad because of all the cows. The Broncos had their training camp there from 60's to 90's. Every year the players would complain in the media about the smell of cow shite.
