On a Spirit flight (I didn't pay for it) from NOLA to Ft.Lauderdale a couple of years ago there was a group of drunk foreigners that kept standing in the aisle to talk to their friends in different rows. The flight attendants told them to sit down multiple times and they would get right back up. Pilot had to come over intercom and say if they got up again they would be arrested in Ft.Lauderdale. One dude ended up pissing his pants. I'm not sure if he passed out or was that scared of going to jail.

Coming back from SFO a couple years ago a bitchy woman got pissed because she wanted to recline her seat (we were taxiing at this point) but there was an overweight woman behind her who was so large that she couldn't recline all the way. They got into a huge argument and the crew couldn't calm them down. They were given an ultimatum but couldn't resolve the issue. Eventually we went back to the terminal and dropped the fatty off. 3 hours wasted.

Yep. And I didn’t know exactly what happened at the time. Was upgraded to his seat.
Most awkward 90 min sitting next to a whole row of his crying family.

No but I saw a guy get his bag sniffed out by a drug dog in the security line in Atlanta.
A few people escorted him away but it almost seemed like a test for the dog or something because nobody made a big deal about it at all.

I saw it happen coming back from Nashville last Labor Day.
During boarding the line got held up and this chick next to me said her boyfriend was already on the plane. She said this baw sat down and saved the two seats next to him along with the row across the aisle for his kids and wife.
Some other baw comes up and tries to put his shite down and the original dad says no, I’m saving these.
Well of course these baws exchange words and by the time this happens the dude has his kids and wife there. This other baw who tried to sit down looks at the kids and says, ‘Hey guys, what does it feel like having an a-hole for a dad?’
Well that sets everyone off. Next thing we know both baws are escorted off. Wife and kids stay until right before we leave and they get escorted off.
Plane finally gets in the air. Drinks were free.
I would have been pissed about the delay but I took a gummy and just soaked in the experience.

Late nonstop flight from Vegas to MSY not long after 9/11. Guy sitting in front of me (aisle seat) was a redneck with 2 young black guys about 16 or 17 in the window and middle seat. Redneck pounding drinks and got bigtime drunk. Louder and louder he got. The black dudes were exchanging wtf glances between them. FA cuts redneck off and he commenced high volume swearing. Redneck's wife is seated in the back, she comes up trying to calm him down, but he yells "FRICK YOU" in her face. I heard the FA tell the wife if redneck doesn't calm down we will land in Dallas. In the middle of redneck screaming at his wife, he turns to the FA and calmly says "Another drink, please." "No, you've been cut off." The redneck passes out. I counted 12 cops lined up in the jet way waiting to haul the redneck off.

Was on a Southwest flight from NOLA to Dallas and these 3-4 baws were wasted getting on the plane. I think they were still keeping the party going. They were in the back of the plane drinking, cursing, and hollering making everyone uncomfortable. At one point a woman stood up and yelled at them to knock it off because she had small children present. Got to Love Field and police were waiting on them.
Saw a dude being dragged out of the terminal at O'Hare by two cops screaming and cursing. Don't know what the situation was but he had clearly snapped.

On my last flight this older man was screaming at people because he was on the phone during taxi and he had that right since he was delayed 7 hours that day. The flight attendant tried to take the phone and he slapped her and nothing happened. Later in the air he asked to file a complaint and a flight attendant even spent 10 min talking to him and he had a pretty sad story so she gave him a free drink. I felt sure he was about to get kicked off.

I have a pretty great story. Was on the LHR-MSY flight last year, and about 20 minutes into the flight a guy gets super pissed with the FA over something, no idea what. He is IRATE. Well the captain comes to talk to the man and he starts going off on the captain. At this point a flight attendant and two guys (Maybe off duty police officers or military?) come and restrain the guy, straight up zip ties and duck tape, and the captain says we have to go back to LHR. The caveat is we are heavy as hell, so we have to burn fuel for a while before we can come back in. I do not think we dumped fuel, but we circled for about an hour or so.
We land and the police take him off the plane, but at this point the crew timed out and they canceled our flight. The one benefit of BA at LHR is that they have plenty of flights from the UK to the USA and they easily got us all out within a few hours. I was flying with two colleague and we all ended up on different flights leaving at the same time. I went through DFW, another through MIA, and the third through ORD with connections on American.
It was almost surreal how fast it all happened. I still wonder what happened to send him off the rails that way. I travel a lot for work so I have seen plenty in the air and at the airport. The airport is a twilight zone where reality does not exist.
TL/DR: Irate passenger causes international flight to return to London and the flight gets canceled.

Yes, on a flight from MSY to LAS. He was being verbally abusive to surrounding passengers and was touching a woman and threatening her SO. The guy next to me heard it, got up while we were taxiing and told flight crew. Next thing I know, plane is headed back to gate and he was taken off. He was very drunk and an a hole. WE clapped. lol
