Last time I went my knees weren't right for a month. Not something you should do if not very physically active as an adult

Not with a bunch of other adults, but my 6 year old son loves the place and I enjoy going with him.

My body hurts the next day, though.

No, but I had a friend rent out Skate Country for her husband's 35th birthday party. 2 broken ankles and a broken wrist was the total casualties. 1 guy didn't even make it onto the rink... he wiped out in the restroom

As a kid I had a trampoline. Would do flips and backflips like it was nothing. Never once got hurt. That being said, I would never get on one today.
