The more I have learned about the experience of being on a game show, the more it looks like it is something I would never want to do.

Answer- In 1996, it was returned to Scotland after an absence of 700 years.
Dunno

Was it something to do w/Braveheart/WW? I never saw that movie.

I do know that after it came out everybody I met was now descended from WW. I was the only person I knew that wasn't. And I'm Scottish, too. Descended from Scottish peasants, unfortunately.

My brother was on Jeopardy about 3 or 4 years ago. Same thing, he was leading until final Jeopardy and got it wrong.

He posts on here and might chime in.

An ex-employee of mine was on Jeopardy. He taped in August 2017, his episode was scheduled to air in January 2018 but was bumped due to some national news story. Due to the NDA he signed I never found out how he did, I don’t think his episode aired here, and he eventually left for another job

Not personally but I did guess the correct answer on final jeopardy just from hearing the category. Proud of that.

I only knew the question because I went to Westminster where it formerly resided and they had a note describing it on the throne there.

Some kids stole it at some point in the past 50 years?

Goddam kids!

Got two. Cousin's wife was on Password, had Elizabeth Montgomery as partner. Won a set of World Book Encyclopedia. Wife's aunt was on dating game but was not picked. I know my story would be better with pics.

What Rosetta Stone

At least you got the call doc. I've had two auditions and not a peep.

I knew it wasn’t Rosetta Stone, but I had to put down something.

When they gave us the category and went to break, I remember saying there is at least a 50% chance the answer is going to be Dead Sea Scrolls or Rosetta Stone.

I was wrong...

Would’ve won just under $10,000 if I had gotten it right. Ended up winning a trip to Toronto instead.

On the bright side, not long after I filmed my episode, my wife went on Hollywood Squares and became the all time winningest contestant in the history of the show. She won a new car, 2 trips to Europe and a bunch of cash.

No B.S.

It was your only incorrect answer in the game. You played well and I bet you had a blast. I for one am jealous as all hell.
