The thing I cannot say no to are the Salt and Pepper Kettle chips.

Omg. If I have one- I have to have them all.

Yes. You just proved my point. Thanks for the informative statistics.

These idiots google height and weight to determine BMI and think that is indicative of one’s true physical fitness is asinine.

Something something… vaginas are trashy…

Hope the weather on God’s Peninsula is fabulous tonight. I ran the Santa Cruz 1/2 Marathon a couple weeks ago and it was unseasonably overcast.

David's jumbo sunflower seeds. It looks like a bird lives in my house.

At least I get the low sodium ones. Just 250% of daily sodium recommendation in those.

Take away the sauce and it’s by far the worst chicken ever . It’s not crispy it side as a baby butt and has no flavor. A guy I worked with said really the worst what about a poor man in the African deserts I said he wood at least cook it on a fire and there would be smoke flavor at least

For me it's ordering giant gourmet cookies from different home-based bakers. The different concoctions/creations they offer are so damn good. Various menus rotating monthly. Part of the reason I run so much, but probably need a good cleanse/break soon. I workout/run regularly, but need to begin being more intentional with eating fuller/healthier meals.

Me

Ice cream. I never don’t have ice cream in my freezer and go through 1-2 half gallons a week. Have a great metabolism and have never been considered overweight a day in my life so I’m pretty lucky because I don’t know how I’d give up my ice cream addiction the day my metabolism finally goes to shite. It’s always either Blue Bell, Tillamook, Haagen Dazs, Talenti, Van Leeuwen or Ben & Jerry’s. I get “best customer” coupons for free ice cream every few months in the Kroger app since I buy it so often.

And NEVER something as plain as chocolate or vanilla

It's the same formula physicians use to determine BMI, which is heavily factored into risk of disease.

You can keep pointing out outliers (elite athletes in the prime of their competitive career) but the reality is that research shows higher BMI as an indicator of long term health issues. OP admitted he has unhealthy food addictions yet still believes his height and weight are healthy. They are by definition unhealthy.

No one is saying he's some fat obese cow who has to waddle when he walks. He's just overweight and needs to be honest about it.

But apparently that's a CRAZY PROPISITION to suggest average people get into a healthy weight range.
