I work at a plant, not as an operator, but the operators I know most of them are in really good shape as they run up and down the stairs all the time and eat like shite. Still not a clear indicator of true BMI - height versus weight. This is my point.

BMI is a joke indicator especially if you workout regularly. By your comment you obviously don’t. I do agree he’s fat.

What is stupid is people making assumptions based on inaccurate information. You can’t fix stupid but you can fix ignorance. Shaq’s BMI when at LSU was 30 was he overweight or obese?

8% of Americans do any kind of resistance training with regularity. A LOT less are doing enough volume to skew an indicator like BMI.
