Yes, since my mid 20's. Grow it back? Unless there is some magic elixir I dont know about, the shite aint growing back. I quit worrying about it. I could spend 5 digits and get a full head of hair but frick that. Hair isnt worth that much money.

I've been shaving mine for 22 years. Never hurt my love life back when I was single. I've been married a long time now and I honestly don't think I'd grow it back if I could. Almost zero maintenance
