I watched a documentary a few weeks ago where they went to the Russian archives to examine a piece of skull and supposed blood stained pieces of couch. The interesting thing I took from it is that Hitler has relatives living here in the US, but the refused a request for DNA samples for comparison.

I took Miltary History with Hiltin and I don't remember him talking about that. Nit that tgat means it's not true, just that I don't remember it.

Russians have always claimed this. However DNA tests don't lie. I don't know why they would allow tests on the skull and not the jaw. I was 100% believer he shot himself but all this new evidence is hard not to look at. The DNA test and FBI declassified stuff raises questions in my book.

I remember him talking about interviewing former Nazis in Brazil. He also made reference to the scores of war criminals who escaped to all parts of South America.

This is gona sound crazy but true. My stepmoms dad was in ww2, and has never talked about the war till recently. Hes 94 and not doing good. He told my dad he was on a 5 man team to go kill hitler, his team got 400 ft from him. My dad asked did yall kill him? All he said was hitler did not commit suicide. 2 men on his team died, he got shot n the leg. I dont know why he would wait this long to tell someone that. But very interesting. He also got awarded the metal of honor but turned it down. Is there any way this could b true? Or is his mind gone?

Thats a pretty crazy story to just make up if its not true. He was in his bunker the final few days. Did your grandpa give a timeline?

If that is true I bet there is a whole ton of people who would like to talk to him. Most people who were involved and know any details are fading away fast.

Nazi espionage was well known in S. America, and both the FBI and Army Intelligence had a presence there (and spent more time fighting amongst each other than they did fighting the Nazis.) Hilton didn't discover it, but he did write a book about it and was probably the subject matter expert on WWII in S. America. He is/was an interesting dude. When I took his WWII class, he wasn't there the first week because he was off running around overseas. Rumor had it he was on a CIA assignment, but who knows.

Thats whats crazy. He never talked about the war ever before, even to his wife, his kids, nobody. We knew he was in inteligence in the war but thats it. Then out of nowhere he tells my dad he wants to tell him this story about the war and his roll in the war. And why he didnt accept the metal of honor. My dad recorded the last half of the story when he started talkn bout hitler. Ever since my dad told me this ive been very interested in hitler and how he died. Ive never came across a story about us soilders killing him. The majority says he shot himself. So when my steppaw said hitler didnt kill himself, made me think maybe he does know something.

I dont know what country. Most of it me r my dad do not understand. I wish he would talk to someone before he passes. Maybe someone that knows more than we do. Dad says he is so detailed with his stories. Makes me think he wants to get it off his chest before he dies??
