Serious answer, EHarmony is dogshit, match.com is a gold mine for good looking and educated chicks.

I've met about 5 decent women for dates from there, moved cities so nothing worked long term.

Just use some common sense and you won't get catfished, pay sites have a huge edge over free sites in that regard. There is spam, but it's pretty obvious what is and what's legit.

Tinder and Bumble never worked for me, maybe I'm just ugly. At least on match you can impress with more than just looks.

Not I. I'm a big fan of bumble. I have met up with plenty of women who want long term relationships. I just personally don't want one.

I will also say that when a girl says "not looking for hookups" it doesn't mean she WON'T hookup. She's just not LOOKING for them.

I met my Mrs on EHarmony. We married about 1.5 years after our first date, coming up on 3 years of marriage this summer and continue to be extremely happy as well as feel fortunate to have finally found one another. A couple of key things: 1. You have to be serious about looking for a long-term relationship. 2. Go through ALL the steps to make sure you are compatible with each other.

This! I met my wonderful wife on eHarmony, and we've now been married for 12 years. Tried it because I was tired of the bar scene, and was ready to settle down.

I've been with my current gf for two years.

Met her on tinder. All about what you're looking for/honest about.

I hated EHarmony back when I was single in 2007. Back then it was like $60/month. You could only interact with those you were matched with based on your compatibility test. Match was soo much better. You could see all the different profiles. It was like online shopping for a SO.

I kept getting matched with some ugly guys. I mean, I realize I'm not an OT 10(I'll settle and be content with an OT 5-6)...but cmon...I didn't deserve to be matched with some of the guys I would be matched with. (one guy looked like Quasimodo with a cowboy hat on)

The one guy matched with that looked kinda cute in his pics(if I squinted just right)...ended up shouting at me over the phone asking if I was an alcoholic on our first phone conversation cause he can't handle that. Then called me back asking when we could finally meet face to face for our first date. The same infamous "mallard duck guy"(he was a tattoo artist that lived with his mom and collected wooden mallard ducks...the source of the ongoing duck joke between Owlie and myself).

bumble
I've had plenty of luck with tinder, but when I got bumble I only had like 10 matches after a few weeks. Maybe I'll download it again.

I struck up a relationship with a cam girl, Britni, earlier tonight. You could tell she was a good girl by the ashes on her forehead.

But what you failed to taking into account was the quality of their hearts.
