That’s great. It’ll last a month like everyone else’s.

Had to start going in earlier to the gym. Already it seems thinner than last 2 days

Day #5, and I still do not like most people. Continuing on decades of success.

We get that question every January so I'm not doing anything different.

Yep, no hard liquor. Also, on track to cutting back beer too. Plan to cut it just to weekends and maybe further as some time goes on.

The no drinking thing is an on-going resolution for me. If I drink, I lose everything important to me. That makes me unhappy so I don’t drink and it’s not really difficult after 6 years.
Last year I resolved to start exercising more than just my evening walk. I stuck with it for the year. It’s a limited workout involving dumbbells and cardio. I’ll never get big but hopefully stay active as I get older.
I still vape. I need to quit vaping but I don’t want to. I am tapering down nicotine strength.
I just need to work more on my sociol life. New city, working remotely has made that more of a challenge than I expected. This year, I’ll actually work at dating and hopefully find a good women. That’s my New Year’s resolution.

My resolution was to eat less carbs and exercise more. I can’t tell if I haven’t started yet or have already given up.

I am not having a target weight, this year, or stressing about what numbers the doctor is looking for. Just aiming to be more physically active, and the rest will fall in place.

Trying to be more patient with dumbassess.
Almost lost it on some kids being complete tools at the gym late Tuesday night, but made it.
So far so good.

I’ve been on a Carnivore diet, and social media free since the start of the new year.

Life is all about momentum. The hardest part is the starting. Once you begin & get a routine, you’ll gain momentum. The suck of the beginning will fall to all the benefits you will discover. Good luck!

Kicking Adderall. Day 7 today.

That’s a tough one. I did it around 2010. The taper is key but you’ll still feel like shite for about a month. For about a year, you’ll often think “I need an adderall” but don’t refill your script.
I ended up telling my doc to stop prescribing me. It was the only way I could stick with it.

Yea I F'd up royally. Went from 60mgs to 45 for like a week then cold Turkey. Felt like I've been coming off the bad shite for 7 days but the withdrawals are subsiding and holy shite. Thanks for the encouragement

Yea I got a full script in the glove box but the last 3 have been like pulling teeth to find a pharm that can fill it. At a point in my career where I don't feel I need it anymore. But yea man, it's tough to give up
