Dude deserves everything coming to him after yelling at a bunch of women he'll crush them. But if there's no video behind the van or if there is and old man lunged at him, does he have an out? Thankfully he should be discharged at the very least.

Found this interview on WWL news about dropping Christmas trees into Bayou Sauvage to reconstitute the marsh. They interview the helicopter pilot transporting the trees...
Capt Richard Suarez from Mandeville. From 2018. It looks like it could be him...the glasses make it hard to confirm, but it looks on target.

The old man needed to leave and roid dude needed to leave. But, the roid man still has no business swinging on an old man, even if the old man was the aggressor. I know that's not always how the law works, but roid man is a complete douche for that. Absolutely no way he felt threatened by that old man.
