If he is the type of guy he seems to be its only a matter of time. These guys can suck a lot of people into their BS, but you can see them coming from miles away. They allow greed to get in front of them and that is the beginning of the end.

If he is making such massive amounts on his investments then why does he have to do the multilevel marketing scheme and classes teaching how to get rich and sell it for so much?

I have met some legit wealthy people and they just don't act like him.

It just doesn't pass the smell test and if it is legit then I am happy to miss out on it.

When I sold cars a long time ago (in Georgia) they used to make us watch his videos. Never knew until this thread that he was from Lake Charles my home town.

I met a guy who was very rich in real estate. He was a big car dealer guy in 80s early 90s. He said they were ripping everyone off in cars back then. But, things changed and laws passed etc to protect customers. So, he went to real estate. He said it is the last big place you can rip people's heads off and stay out of jail.

As to my point. It used to be much easier in car business to rip someone's head off. Now with finance laws and the internet it is way harder to make a huge profit on a car like you could back in the day.

I just find it interesting that sleezy people made the move from cars to real estate.

ETA: I also find it interesting that real estate is still pretty much the wild west. So many people are making money and protecting their interests. Mortgage Insurers, Title Attorney's, Realtors, Cities (property taxes), Developers, Flippers, Landlords, Zillow, etc

You name it.

Watch the Podcast of Him and Jordan Belfort. say what you want about Belfort, but Grant comes across as a fricking grifter.

Belfort seems pretty laid-back these days overall but he after dissing crypto he was quick to jump on the NFT grift

My marketing mentor who's one of the best in the world, if not the best at direct response strategy (also one of the most generous, all around cool dudes) partnered with him back in '18-'19... that's how he got internet famous.

Mentor built the company to 1mm/month with his marketing team and a duct-taped sales team he had to build himself.

He had the impression Grant was going to meet him halfway and take care of the sales via his team... didn't happen.
2 years later, mentor handed him the company and walked away, and still to this day will not say anything negative about Grant.

If you dig into his past, it ain't pretty.

And for the guys that say "you have to respect what he's built" - little known fact is it's not that expensive to rent a plane for half a day and roll in with cameras to shoot enough content for months.

the ads I've seen of his on youtube are not only misleading, but extremely unrealistic and borderlines on false claims.

Yes, he made millions in RE and investing. Guess what, he makes even more selling his "content" to the followers. If his prior gig was more lucrative you would not know who GC is.
I always wondered why people don't realize this. You don't sell the how to if the process works. You work the process.

This could also be interpreted as "if this product isn't good enough for you to sell to friends and family, then it's a shitty product and you shouldn't be selling it." Personally, I couldn't sell a product that I didn't believe in.
