They shouldn't be with the water already receding.

Livingston Parish Sheriff
6 mins ·
FROM SUPERINTENDENT JOHN WATSON:

All Livingston Parish Public Schools will be closed on Monday, March 14th due to the widespread flooding of local waterways and the number of students, bus drivers and teachers affected by the flood. A shortage of substitutes available to cover bus routes, cafeterias and classrooms will be problematic for the smooth daily operation of schools. Thank you for your understanding. We expect to resume classes on Tuesday in most areas of the parish.

You do realize that receding water =/= no longer flooding right?
You do realize that receding water =/= no longer causing a risk to basic public services in the impacted areas, which creates a strain parish wide, right?

You may wanna step away from the keyboard for awhile, Champ. Maybe stop posting for awhile. Take the next few plays off.
