The iRobot filters are like $35 dollars for a three pack, while the off brand filters on Amazon are $15 for a 10 pack. Anybody tried these? Do they work properly? Seems too good to ve true.

I have a wife. More expensive. Makes a lot more noise. But cleans decently and will wipe my arse when I am old (I hope)

A good friend of mine had one years ago when they were first becoming mainstream. He has 3 kids. At the time they were toddlers. He spent most of the time trying to keep his kids from sitting on it and riding it. His wife wouldn't care, so he would come home and they would be fighting over who would sit on it, etc. They eventually broke it.

I know that's not the answer you looking for, but I would imagine they have evolved in the past 7 or 8 years.

I use off brand replacement parts. Battery works just like the original. Brush on the front not so much.

Get the Amazon 3-pack. They work fine.

SOURCE: Me. I'm not paying $35 bucks for a filter.

Seems to be a reasonable statement. Replacement parts (battery, filters, brush) aren't inexpensive, but has done a great job for several years. And, has to follow behind my Labrador Retrievers, so it runs every day...

Ehhhh. The bristle part fit, but the lil rubber one didn’t. Think I got 2 of each plus 3 of the lil brushes that go on the front for like $15

My Roomba has been a massive disappointment. We bought the last of a particular model at Sam’s and got it for only a couple hundred.

We have four cats, a few rugs and hardwood floors. It is loud, gets stuck and really doesn’t do anything noticeable.
