Serious response: Alaway eye drops twice a day and Blink tear eye drops thrice a day. Since this regimen, I've improved a bunch.

Check your meds if you take any.. some can dry your eyes up as a side effect .

I had the tear duct plugs put in at $450, worked great for 4 months. Not sure if they are still in. Eyes dry as can be now.

OP: Lubricating drops only, don't use anything that advertises "redness remover" they will just make it worse in the long run.
