My son just has been dealing with very dry eyes for about 15 years. Since he was 10+/- years old.
Not a cure, but currently he is using with good results/relief are the Refresh Tears - Lubricant Eye Drops, "Moisturizing Relief". Not the gel. Refresh has a lot f different types products.
I think that a two bottle pack is $14.

"Old Yellar", the part where they have to kill him will wet your eyes.......or else you are just a cold hearted SOB.

Get drain duct plugs. See your ophthalmologist - zero pain and only takes about 3 seconds per eye. Makes a HUGE difference.
