Never change.

I've always been a night person.

I’ve always tended to stay up late. It’s definitely having negative consequences as I age. Working different shifts, I’ll come to work not sleeping at all some days. Other days, I’ll just get 2 hours of sleep. I use to “make it up” on my off day’s, but now I find myself waking up early no matter what. Hoping my sleep habits can improve soon.

I've got a termite problem and am not sleeping until it's dealt with.

It’s 3:10 am and I am drunk while laying in bed. I drank more tonight in hopes I would fall asleep before 6:00am. If I don’t crash in 15 minutes, I’m gonna down some zzquil. A nice nighttime cocktail that is

Title reminds me of Dave Attell's old show, Insomniac where he would go to a different city, drink and chain smoke while following around interesting locals at night. Such a good show.

It doesn't work that way. I am more active now than ever. Stress is a big factor. You don't just work off insomnia.

I would stay up late (1 or 2) anyway before this started. Now I can't go to sleep at all. It's 3:30 and I'm wide awake and on here. No way I can return to 9 to 5. I might as well get a job working overnight.

I'm with you. I could go on four hours a sleep if I could get a nap in there.
