Move to Mandeville. Public schools here are superior to a lot of private schools elsewhere. There are lots of great parks and things to do with the kids. It's clean and no excessive traffic except on 190.
If you move to Houston though, there are still lots of nice areas. Y'all will benefit from learning Spanish.

I've lived in CT, MA, MD, NJ, NC, and CA.
I've seen shittier places (NJ)
But most states have vastly superior school systems.

Actually....
Frisco, Allen, and McKinney are pretty freaking awesome and you can literally do anything within a 30 min circle.
Not to mention the schools are top notch, hardly any culcha, and again so many things to do. I literally live near 3 big arse malls. Plus Soccer in Frisco, AA for basketball and WWE, and when the Saints go to JerruhWorld I have that too. Not to mention the frickin Rangers and TOP GOLF BAW!
