This is true. Used leftover temple meat from a big jambalaya. Cooked it about 7 hours. So damn tender

Nope.
My parents and brother are awesome.
The other 30-40 aunts/uncles/cousins are folks I barely know. If they have drama, it doesn't involve me. I only see them on Christmas Eve for ~3 hours.
