Anybody buy that Bearskin hoodie they advertise so much?

I finally bit and clicked through from youtube. Does this do something magical? Looks like a normal hoodie.

No. They’ve pushed it so much, I don’t care if it’s the greatest thing ever, I’d never buy one.

That's kind of my question. Like wtf is all the hype about? You can buy a hoodie at Walmart for $20 and it does a decent job. How much quality can you upsell? And I don't think its made in USA either.

I don't have the hoodie, but I snagged 3 of the rain jackets at a local bin store with the tags still on them for $16 each. I sold two of them on eBay and kept one for myself. It appears well made and is comfortable. I wouldn't buy one for $189, but for $16 it was a pretty good deal.

I looked at them but I just can't stand fleece outerwear.
It's warm and if I lived up north I would probably wear one but I don't like the way it looks nor feels and it is hot.
I did buy a wool hoodie though recently that is the bomb.
