No, nobody said it’s strange to know people with different views. What is strange is pretending you’re their close friend then running to the internet to sneer at them as emotional cripples.

So I never claimed to be friends with these people are to even have a deep relationship with them....that's something you read into my post that simply does not exist. Knowing someone is a far cry from what you are describing. I also never claimed that they all had ALL of those issues...I do indeed claim that they ALL have one or more of those issues. I do have deep long-term relationships with some of those people and they certainly have one or more of those issues. I am not sneering at them (your term) I am simply stating a fact. I don't know the full story as to why they are drunks or drug addicts, have been divorced multiple times, are estranged from their kids or have concluded a small disability pension is better than earning a living, most of them probably could not articulate why they have these issues, I merely stated the fact that, in my experience, they have those issues. That is no more sneering than it would be had I said they were universally well adjusted emotionally mature adults . Mental health issues are no different than physical health issues to an emotionally well adjusted individual...had I said they were diabetics I would not be sneering at them, I would be stating a fact. Of course to an emotionally immature person it is possible that saying someone is diabetic is somehow sneering at that person....but that is that emotionally immature person's problem, not mine.

LOL...A prime example of some form of textbook psychosis. Not sure what it'd be but I am certain 10 seconds on the google machine would reveal that sympathy / empathy for an entity you know can not exist (imaginary friends aren't real) is no doubt a mental disorder.
But it could be that you are once again arguing against a straw man....I never said they were friends. Some are indeed and are actually real people....not imaginary...but most are simply people I know to some extent. Arguing against a straw man is not indicative of a mental disorder other than a flawed intellect....

You keep insisting they’re “not friends,” just people you “know to some extent.”Yeah yeah, we got that. You’re missing the entire point.
The problem isn’t your imaginary relationships; it’s your obsession with diagnosing half the population like you’re the town shrink nobody asked for.
You’re not analyzing anyone, backwoods Dr. Phil… you’re projecting. You’re not diagnosing “emotional immaturity”; you’re putting it on display. And the only “flawed intellect” here is the one who has convinced himself that passive-aggressive contempt for half the country somehow qualifies as moral insight.
