It's called having Uverse.

Any ISP has regular outages. But uverse is the only one I've had that drops and comes back on throughout the evening. Usually keep the tv signal while wifi is dropping.

I can't wait to move out of my current house and get uverse again. I have shitty POS Cox right now and I'm stuck with it until I move.

Not tonight. It was doing it to us the other night but dropped just a couple of times.

Lag issues are daily.

I hate Uverse and plan to jump ship at the next available opportunity.

In my 4yrs of having uverse, Ive had one box go out (requiring replacement) and internet dropped twice. Resetting the router immediately fixed it both times.

Once/yr or so, I'll have to hard reset a box, but works immediately after that.

Very pleased overall with the reliability of the service.

I wish the menus weren't so laggy, but I do most of my DVR management with the phone app anyway.

Continually, but today has been the worst in a long time.

I had uverse for ~2 years. The only issue I ever had was the bill. All I want from TV is sports and news. So I cancelled Uverse and switched to Sling TV.

I can't remember the last time I've had an outage. It's been much more reliable than Cox for me.

I have u-verse Internet and directv.

But mostly watch Netflix or Amazon. So a signal drop would be noticed.

Literally.

I lose wifi/internet a lot more than I would like, but it is not that bad and considering how much I like the TV service I would rather stay with UVerse than switch back to Cox. I also work from home and rarely have issues wired in to the box. Having said that, again, Cox is far from perfect internet-wise and their TV sucks arse.
