Any truth to the Texas governor speaking at 5?

Supposedly he’s suppose to speak at 5 about schools and I know the OT won’t let me down if this is true

I trust the OT and I couldn’t find one but all my teacher friends in Texas swear he’s announcing online school for first 6-8 weeks today at 5
