Most of the athletes take it in the rump.

Toradol. Hurts for a day or two. Then you feel like you can run through a brick wall for two weeks. Then you go back to where you started.

I've had several. Helps for a couple of months. If you are overweight, lose weight.

I had one for severe inflammation. It was 2 years ago and it hasn't hurt since.

Depends on what's wrong with the knee and severity.

I had good results for torn patella tendon.

Not good results with torn meniscus in both knees.

Hope you get some relief.

I've had a steroid injection in the knee which gave only temporary relief. I've had a gel injection which relieved the pain for several months. I'm overdue for another.

I've had plenty over the years. Need one now. If you have arthritis or inflammation it will help temporarily. Maybe a couple of months. If you take it easy on it and don't over exert yourself maybe longer. Definitely helps.

^^. What this guy said.

Helps for a couple of months, then back to where you started.

I didn’t have much luck with the gel injections.

No experience with knees but I had one in my shoulder in October. It lasted 2 weeks then the pain came back worse. Turns out I needed surgery and will do so on the 8th

It's a con. It might work a little but the best way to take care of those knees is to lose weight and live with the pain. If that don't satisfy you, then you will have to have surgery or just stay miserable. It's very simple.

Don’t do it. Had several in my shoulder as a 17 year old. Now my cartilage is gone. Thank goddess I don’t have Krones. I can pull it out of socket and slide it back in on command. Joint replacement incoming.

I had it done about a month ago. Pain was gone next day, knee has been fine since. I need to get it about every 12-14 months.

I've been getting them in both knees for the last seven years every three to four months. I need double knee replacement as both are bone on bone with some arthritis and bone spurs. Just haven't had the time to take off. Going to make time this year. Worked well seven years ago but results diminish over time. The gel never worked but the steroids do much better for me. Suffered enough, throwing in the towel this fall. Good luck to you!
