If he doesn't have it to give back, then he is not teaching. That is how you learn. Otherwise she learns nothing of what needs correcting in the future. Also, how else can he be held accountable if he doesn't give back the results? Sounds fishy. I usually find the student is pulling one over on the parents in these cases. 8 years teaching and the story from the student is never a full story. Just my two cents

This happened when I was in high school once. Teacher said his car got stolen. Turns out he got drunk and forgot where he parked it. He gave everyone with a B or lower an 85 and everyone with an A a 94. Guy 100% posts on the OT.

Hence the problem with the modern education system. To many parents trying to solve problems for high school and college students. Hint, guide them, but let them handle the issue. They need to learn how to properly talk to authority and get what they need in a respectful way. Raising hell will only hurt the daughter. It is amazing how many idiots do not understand that fact.
This is retarded. Most kids are taught to obey without question -- especially in school. "Zero tolerance" and all that shite.
A high school kid thinks whatever they're going through is the most important thing they'll ever go through. When I look back at the rules and injustices that were at my high school, knowing what I know now and that I realistically didn't have shite to lose, I wish I would have had the balls to stand up for myself. But.. good kids just don't have that.
I've seen kids suspended for asking to go to the bathroom, being told no, begging to go, still being told no, so going anyway because it was an emergency. Those kids' only chance of avoiding suspension would have been a parent raising hell. When you're in high school, your word means nothing to authority.

Legally he has to produce evidence of the assignment if it is called into question. I would recommend that she ask to see it first.... if he refuses then you should ask... if he refuses again then go to his building principal and ask to see it. Bottom line, he will either have to show you the quiz or drop the grade.
