either wait it out or go get a shot, I used to get it so bad that that was the only relief I could get

ETA: cortisone

Rub vodka on it until it dries, then coat it in that pink lotion shite. Before all that wash it in dawn though.

After the oil is removed from the skin, all you can do now is mitigate the itch and steroids

Wash with this stuff right away:

It might be too late now, though.

The times in my life when I had a poison ivy rash were the closest times I have ever considered suicide.

when I was a kid I had 100% coverage of the exterior of my body once, and the shite was working it's way inside my ears, eyelids, nostrils, mouth, pee hole, and butt hole, it was miserable, for some reason that allergy has gone away, I could probably wallow in it now without getting it..... but I'm not taking that chance

Benadryl has a new cream out that you can rub on it and dries it out and helps with the itching. I had poison ivy all over me a few weeks ago and used this and it worked pretty good. Also if you start itching just get a little bit of hot water and just let it run over the poison ivy spots. It stopped the itching. Something with the hot water stops the itching for a few hours. I think it has something to do with the histamines that cause itching.

For me it also helps with mosquito bites. If they start to itch just run your skin under the hot water and it stops the itching.

Witch Hazel. Miracle at stopping the itch last time I had it.
