There is 0 correlation between 750 MG Levaquin vs 100 MG doxycyline. The difference between drugs is what bacteria they cover not that one is strong and one is weak.

Just shut up and take the medicine that is recommended and don't act like 10 minutes on the internet made you a pharmacist.

I have. It worked but only for a while. If you have a structural issue in your sinuses it will always come back. I had sinus surgery and haven’t had an infection since.

I took it a few years ago. Turned out to be allergic to it.
