ANy of you guys try to quit your antidepressants and notice any withdrawals? I've heard some horror stories on antidepressant withdrawals.

Do not just quit anti-depressants. Make sure you are being monitored. Preferably by a Psychiatrist. There can be some nasty side effects.

For sure. You can't just quite cold turkey. That shite will mess you up.

Unfortunately some like Effexor have horrible withdrawal effects no matter how slowly you titrate off

It's just the latest SNRI and will likely affect you different from prozac. How it affects you isn't a perfect science because the mechanism of action isn't perfectly understood and individuals are wired quite differently. Some people have more suicidal thoughts and tendencies on SNRI's than on other types of meds so be careful at first. Good luck to you

Seems to work, I guess. Doc said it and Prozac were similar

Eta: also regularly exercise and eat healthy for the most part. Yes, it helps but it's nowhere near a cure

Never heard of fetzima

A lot take trazodone and amitriptylin but for sleeping purposes
