Since I want no part of your original question, I'm going to take this opportunity to ask why Hebrew National puts 7 weiners in a pack, when the standard hot dog buns come 8 to a pack?

ETA: Pics of #3? Or are we better off using our imagination?

So you have to buy 2 packs.

It's genius.

In order for food to be kosher, a certain portion needs to be donated to the poor. This is their shifty Jew way of making suckers think they donated 12.5%.

Do you drink alcohol at night? Do you drink a lot of water? How much fiber are you getting? Do you ever take Imodium?

Decreasing my meal sizes is actually what vastly improved my stomach issues. They were triggered by eating too large of meals, instead of by any specific food. I now skip breakfast and eat smaller lunches/dinners.. and I've never felt better. But a night of drinking will kill me. As does just not getting enough water/fiber.

You may want to see a doctor because (not to scare you) there are several diseases and even cancer that is detected through "#3" issues. But if you don't think it is that, it is perfectly safe to take Imodium as a preventative, just FYI. I don't practice what I preach because I've never visited a gastro doctor (too afraid of the "testing").. but I've also improved my issues on my own and haven't felt the need.

I had this issue several years ago. My doctor told me to track my fiber intake and to strive for 30 grams a day. The problem resolved itself within a few days. Even now, if I get lazy about getting in my fiber, the issue comes back.

I fix a smoothie for breakfast most mornings. That generally gets me halfway to my fiber goal.
