At 7 this morning my road is in Grosse Tete had water up to its edges. I'm sure it's under by now

Watched the bayou gauge near my house jump a solid 7.5' since 8 this morning. Lots of runoff with all the plants dormant post cold. NWS office reporting street flooding around Sherwood area as of 11:45.

Sure there's flash flooding in Acadiana ongoing right now too.
