Drive around Oklahoma with a little weed on you and they'll take care of it.

I'm a student. I have a $1000 credit card bill due in a week. Hence the need for cash. I can pay it, but $550 is better right now than buying things at WalMart.

Seems like you either 1) Have a problem that isn't really a problem since you can pay it. 2) Or you have some bad planning.

If you can swing the bill, just do it and save yourself the headache.

You can sell a Walmart gift card online for over 90% of its value. You could probably get a little under $550 for it.

Find a buddy trying to buy a TV, go with him and buy it for him and take cash.

Or if really desperate find someone at Walmart shopping for a TV/electronics and explain your situation, buy it for them or put up 600 of cost and I don't think they will have a problem paying you.

Is your name on the gift card?

Can you buy a money order and then cash it?

That was Plan A

Plan B was buying a Prepaid Debit Card and buying a money order with that.

Plan C was buying something and returning it for cash.

Plan D is where I'm at right now.
