Specifically new model. I think they look great, inside and out. Test drive was nice. Best warranty available.
Spare me the OT baller nonsense. (This car is a trainer for my 10 y/o afflicted nephew. My driver drives a maybach).
Car is comparable to lexus gs, but about 10k cheaper. Plus u see lexus gs all over the place, but you don't see as many genesis.

We had one when they first came out. It lasted less than 70,000 miles before I got fed up and sold it. It had a lot of pretty serious problems.

I got to drive the Sonata loaner car a lot.

I was admiring one today on the road not even realizing it was a Hyundai. Nice looking car.

Said no one of substance ever as a reason to get a certain automobile.

Nah, it was the previous generation.

I hope that they improved the new ones....but from my experience, they have a very long way to go to match even Chevrolet or Nissan. Lexus may as well be the moon to them.

Resale value blows too.

That's the info I'm looking for, but I'd specifically like to know about the new model. Thanks.

Find a used Lexus, 30,000-40,000 miles. Great cars.

I have a Hyundai Tiburon 2008. It was the car they took off the market to make the Genesis. Does that count?

The genesis coupe with the 3.7 is a quick little car. The sedan with the v8 is pretty deceptive as well

A decent car, but nobody on the planet is gonna confuse it with a Lexus.

Buy it, you've already convinced yourself.

After re-reading the OP, I think I should have just asked the question about the genesis, and left out the part about the lexus.

Wife had one. Great for 30,000 miles then fell apart. Worse, gave us a hard time on warranty. Said even though clearly running like brown stuff and left her on road twice mfg would not approve repair. Stay away from this car. Fixed typo

They are OK cars, but they get rough around 75K.

Definitely better than they were 10 years ago, but they aren't Lexus-like, in terms of NVH and fit and finish.

That's what I'm looking for. I think I'm just gonna get a tricked out accord. I think the genesis looks pretty nice, but I know what I'm getting with the accord. I don't really need to go fast.

Thou hast said.

I don't care who else drives a vehicle I'm looking at buying.

Are you a 14 year-old girl?

Grow a pair. Start by not using "ur". It's g8.
