My 2015 Tahoe radio has stopped working. It plays when I turn the car on but I cannot raise or lower the volume with the knobs or turn it off. Nothing displays on the NAV screen like normal. The screen does have power because the mylink logo comes on when I turn the car on. Anyone have a clue what is going on? TIA.

Turn it off and turn it back on again.

Blow on it and put it back in.

Disconnect your battery for 5 minutes then reconnect and see if that fixes the issue.

Baw I work with has a 2015 with the 20 inch rims (white guy
) and they can't get the tires balanced. It shakes when they do 60+.
Less than 5k miles. Tpos Chevy.

I agree. This is the second issue I have had since March.

Sounds like a faulty head unit. You're still under warranty, so take it back and have GM replace it for you.

Probably what I will end up doing. I was just hoping I wouldn't have to take the time to do that.

I'm a Mopar man because my Chrysler has this audio option-

Those are hard to balance and I had the same problem. Devin at Treads and Care on Wooddale has a good guy that gets it right.
And my problem not starting the other day when all thought it was the fuel pump-it was a burned 25 amp fuse. $100 tow and $8 part.

Well, disconnect ting the battery worked. Now I have to figure out how to switch the temperature display back farenheit. Any clue?

Simple math
°C x 9/5 + 32 = °F
°C x 9/5 + 32 = °F
