Tell him to have the tires "road force balanced". The dealer should have that machine. Most times , it works. If not tell him to continue to bitch and call GM Customer Assistance. They WILL replace tires , rims, whatever the problem is if he is persistent.

Thri the display under odometer. Go thru until you see options. It might say English first then hold trip button until you get to the option you need changed. Owners manual will tell you the same.

It will be in the radio options. You will have to go to the config menu and dig around for Vehicle settings. From there it is common sense. There should be a setting to change units of measurement.
At least that is how it is on my 2012 Camaro. I'd assume most newer GM vehicles would have it in the same, round about location. Owners manual should have instructions as well.

OP could have a tread separation issue, especially if the problem is worse with cold tires.

Ask to have tires "road forced balanced" as another poster suggested.
If tires fail, tire manufacturer will handle the warranty issue for the dealership.
if it's the wheel or wheels, GM will take care of that problem.
We had a Tahoe in the shop for a vibration and ended up having to replace the rear end.

This unfortantly is a very common problem with the 2014-2015 gm trucks/suv's. Most are fixed with a different tire not Goodyear but a majority are something you have to "deal with" as per gm. They can't seem to find the issue. Google it, there is tons of info out there on this issue.

That is why I keep buying them is because I love the look. I don't like the expedition or sequoia and I am a huge Toyota fan.
