Is it true what they say, that the first high is the best and you just keep chasing that same feeling.

Lol no. I was just daydreaming about a future where drugs aren't chemicals but code programmed into a chip in your brain. Got me wondering if you could function with a constant euphoria.

No.

Every high is the best. The chase comes when you are trying to sustain the high over a day/night/days. The phrase is interpreted wrong.

Dr. Drew stated on tv this morning that continued use of opiates actually leads to more pain, causing a vicious cycle. Sounds like hell.
