Don't know about more pain, but it takes higher doses to get the same amount of relief because you build up a tolerance.

The consequences of those actions are always paid for later down the road. No stress when you're high but for not manning up then, the debt has to be paid now.

If you can get thru the first few days then they're not bad. But for the most part I'd rather just go sick now than take them.

I know that sounds like a contradiction.

The worst flu (diarrhea, puking, runny nose, stomach cramps, living on ginger ale, Powerade and saltines) with headaches from high BP, with bad anxiety and insomnia on top.

Just a general idea.

Yeah I won't take them anymore.

I also won't take methadone either after seeing the people in rehab coming off that. They were still climbing the walls 2+ weeks in. I bet 99% of them used again the day they got out.
