We bought an Accord from Richard's last November. Looked up what a decent price was, filled out a check and told them what I would pay. Deal was done. Of course they try to sell you extended warranties and garbage, but I just said No thanks. Was there less than 2 hours total
My parents claim that this is the best way to buy a car. Research online to find out what a good deal on the car is, find all applicable rebates, then show up with a check for that amount. They said it took about 2 hours to buy their Impala that way.
They buy a new full sized Buick or Chevy every 7-8 years for 30 years like that. Usually from the same dealer, and often from the same salesperson. Sometimes I think they could have gotten a better deal, sometimes I'm shocked at how far below invoice they end up paying.

I bought a vehicle from Team Honda a while back
Did the same and Team was a pain in the arse to deal with.
Go to Richards like everyone else is saying.

Negotiated online and made a deal with Team Honda
Walk in to take delivery of my new vehicle with my own third party financing.
It took me 90 minutes to get away from the "Finance Manager"...This guy's job title should be changed to something more representative of his actual role
How many GD times do I have to tell someone I do not want to purchase any of their shitty additional services?
Despite getting a great deal at Team, I wrote the sales guy an email explaining my anger with the "Finance Guy" to which he responded, "Yeah, we get that a lot"

This is exact same scenario we experience on Sat. Plus, they had us sign the "We Owe you" form, but at the end of it all tell us they only had one key for my Son's '13 Camry and it'll cost us nearly $300 to have 2nd set made.

+1 Barker Honda, they are renovating their whole showroom and working out of a little trailer. I negotiated with this guy by text who beat all other dealerships. I imagine they're motivated to keep sales up any way they can while their dealership looks like crap.

Bought a new Honda years ago from Team, the after the sale service was the worst experience of my life. Shane Berthasay, the sales manager, actually told me selling me a car was a mistake lol.

Richards is the way to go.
No nonsense and no pressure. Sent a colleague there and he was done in about an hour. Couldn't believe how easy and comfortable the process was with their group.
The last 5 cars I've bought (since 96 have been Honda Accords) and all were purchased from Richards. I only had one problem with a trade in from the sales mgr. and I called his boss and got exactly what I asked for. The last person I worked with from there was an older lady (probably 60ish) and there was no pressure at all.

My only gripe with Team after four vehicles is the Finance Dept. The manager is actually a dark haired woman who's been there since they opened. She's an ornery coont pulled on over on my young idealistic arse in 99.
But that entire dept is fricked. Slow and inept and shady at times.

I had a positive experience when buying my Odyssey from Richards.
