I've spent some time in Portland on a couple different occasions. Nice place, but I've never seen so many pussies walking the streets of one city.

They arrested 3 people, including one that allegedly pepper sprayed someone, and have a request out for any information on the guy that spray painted the memorial. There's plenty of video of a pretty large police presence trying to maintain peace, so the reports of a stand down are completely false.
