I didn't say he died. I said he was dying.

The fact Calvin didn't die should speak volumes to all the "The cop waited just the right amount of time" crowd. He waited way too long. People have gotten shot and killed by other people who already have been shot. It's not like the movies where every shot immediately incapacitates the target.

For the record, that Nam vet referenced earlier took a round or two and kept pressing the fight.

Of course he didn't want to shoot him. Cops are afraid of backlash from the media and certain groups who fail to understand the meaning of deadly force. Unfortunately more police officers will be killed for being too hesitant when it's clearly a justified shooting. It's sad
