I almost feel sorry for cops bc they have to deal with this segment of society on a daily basis.

I remember about 15 years ago I was in a walmart shopping, I had a good amount of stuff in the basket.
I decided I wanted to get a magazine.
I grabbed one, then saw a story on another I wanted to check out. I may of read one page, when a Kenner cop shows up and asks me to leave the area because I was "loitering". I pointed to my basket, and he told me to do what he says or he will force me out the store.
Me being the smart arse I was I mouthed off and left the store. Put a bad taste in my mouth. IDK, wasn't arrested or anything, just hated the situation.

It's almost to a point now that police departments are better off sending only black cops to deal with black suspects. Anytime a white cop is dealing with black people and the word "racist" is uttered, in any capacity, the media eats that shite up.
The McKinney pool party is a perfect example. If that cop had been black, he'd deserve all the same criticism, but the media would have never even run the story outside of Dallas.

Because of the manner in which the media has covered all these recent events, buffoons like this are encouraged to act defiant and to always presume themselves innocent victims of unjust racism whenever authority reprimands them for anything. This only emboldens them to act like idiots and argue with cops, and then to video it in the hopes of becoming famous off of their "victimhood."
It's absolutely ridiculous and the ironic thing is that this media portrayal of perpetual police injustice against minorities is leading to many more instances of conflict and arrest by incentivizing and encouraging young blacks to defy the police and provoke altercations, which only end badly for them.
Constantly mentioning Mike Brown because you've been asked to leave Wal-Mart? Perfect exemplification of their psychological disposition to play the part of victims of injustice. And why not, a portion of society is babying them and rewards them publicly for doing so.

I have never understood people who feel the need to mouth off to the police at every encounter. I've stopped hanging out with people over this. They want to be a dumbass and mouth off to the cops? They can go right ahead, but they're not dragging me down with them.

What law are they breaking? I guess it depends on what you consider loitering is. It's not against the law to walk around Wal-Mart and look at stuff. If you're just hanging around not doing shite, then sure...loitering. But it's a very slippery slope to assume that people are loitering if they're walking around in the store not doing anything wrong.
The only thing that pissed me off about the video was that they were using the fat carts when they clearly didn't need to.

I would assume if Wal Mart wants them to leave and they refuse then they are trespassing.

The company still reserves to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. If you are asked to leave the premises, and you don't, they will call the police. When the police ask you to leave, and you refuse, you can be arrested.
It's really not that complicated.

Are you sure about that though? And I'm seriously asking because I don't know. But I do know that things like the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (and other things like ADA for example) protects people from discrimnation for certain things.
So while Wal-Mart may be able to refuse people for certain reason, it certainly can't "for any reason," especially when it's arbitrary.

The Civil Rights Act makes it illegal to openly discriminate. For instance, if Wal-Mart were to come out and say, "The store asked them to leave because they were black," then they would be in violation of the act.
However, all Wal-Mart, or any company, has to do is say someone is being disruptive to business and they want to have you removed from the property, and guess what, you have to leave or you're breaking the law.

Facts: Fat people who are not disabled use the motorized carts every day in WalMarks.
Discussion:
It was mentioned that the dude riding the cart was injured in a car accident. They only said that toward the end indicating that it's probably a lie, not necessarily 100% a lie, however. We don't have enough footage before the cop to know if they were truly loitering or buying products. A bag of chips was certainly in the cart.
Verdict:
I don't care about this anymore and it's time to go to CC'S coffee to flirt with college girls here for the summer.
