Wish the husband had a gun and shot all 4 of them.
A $300 Walmart 12-gauge and a box of 00 Buckshot would have ended that in about 2 seconds. Why Americans choose to remain unarmed is beyond me.

If a passerby was carrying could you legally shoot them? Since they were attacking the lady objects.

Question for the OT lawyers and cops.

You can't reason with savages. They only understand a bullet.

I dunno.
Seems like the best course of action would be to fire a warning shot, then if they come at you, stand your ground and lay em down

This is not legal advice and I am not a lawyer.
In Louisiana you could. He is assaulting her with a deadly weapon and you could easily argue you are shooting in defense of another. Youd get arrested, but nobody in this state would convict you.
That's for this particular instance though. Itd be a hard decision to make on a pass by.

No matter the law - unfortunately, taking action to protect the innocent will probably end with you spending years in courts and with a mountain of legal fees.

Yea, and it's a shame.
If you carry you should be in the NRA, theyll help you out should you ever have to shoot. Unless you have frick you money, shooting someone is going to probably derail your life even if it is clear cut self defense.

Just another example of the most dangerous animal you will likely ever encounter … 18-35 year old black male that thinks you owe them something.
