Another mother of the year: woman leaves 18 mo old on a pier so she can go drink

This woman left her 18 mo old alone and wandering around on a pier overlooking a lake...with no railings....over a part of the lake that is 100 feet deep. No diaper on, no life jacket.
Meanwhile...mom is at a bar wasted.

This cannot be stated enough. There are so many couples that want children that can't have them. It's unfair that these worthless pieces of shite can have children and abuse the shite out of them. It makes me sick.
