Wtf is going on with Levi's? I've been wearing 527's for 10-15 yrs and all of a sudden the fit and material is different. I bought 2 pair from one store, same size as always, and they're long as frick. Stopped off at Academy yesterday and tried some on that we're worse. The material was paper thin and when I tried them on I can barely fit my junk in it. shite looked ridiculous. I've never seen anything so inconsistent and I'm done with them. Any suggestions on a new brand? I can't make myself pay $150 for jeans so I'm looking for a similar price range. Thanks

As in Sara Jean Underwood? Because I think that would be a funner thread.

ETA: fun fact- It's damn near impossible to find a picture of Sara Jean Underwood that can be posted here.

That's what I wear but it's been 5 years since I've bought a pair

I did see the thin ones but they still had the regular ones

YF, the ones that are 2 sizes to long are the good denim. The size and fit are completey diff now it seems

Levi's quality control isn't as good as it once was. I usually try on three pairs before finding a pair that is correctly labeled.

Ive always worn Levi's but their selection has been terrible lately.
Only offering one color in every style, and i agree with the thinness

I'll give wrangler a try. It puts me in a pickle because I can't see myself wearing jeans with bright threads and jewels glued all over the arse pockets. A normal pair of jeans is hard to find now a days

That shite went out of style at least 6 years ago. Raw, unwashed denim is the new thing.

Honestly, I've had good luck with cheap American Eagle jeans lately. $35-$40 for a pair of original boot cut in lots of colors. They seem to last me a good while, have to try a few pairs on though as some cuts put your nuts in a vice grip.

Lee Jeans fit me better. I cant fit in any of the Levi's comfortably without my junk getting pissed off at me unless it's the relaxed fit (557?).

But I still prefer Nautica jeans over all others for the price/quality ratio. For $45 jeans, they have the best material and fit perfect.

Every college girl on campus already has that covered.

Unfortunately, they don't realize how awful and fat they look

My wife found me 2 decent pairs of 527s after a couple years of looking. They are close to normal, but they're a little low waisted and snug in my junk area. Tolerable, but not ideal.

It's a pain in the arse to find decent jeans that don't have giant shite all over the back pocket.

I wore nothing but 507 until they quit making them.

Sounds crazy, but I find the 527 fits different depending on the color.

Although I'm not on campus and never really see what the kids wear now, we may FINALLLY agree on something.
