My dream woman, only she doesn't even look like a woman anymore. She doesn't even look her same species. Absolute fricking shame.

They all look like they come from the same alien family. I guess plastic surgeons follow the same face blueprint.

Whoever that is doesn’t even look like Kate Beckinsake

It looks like the designer of her dress was inspired by a small dick and big balls when designing that "dress".

What a fricking shame

shite is sad. It's a complex against mortality bereft of common sense. I'm not even saying don't be vain. If it's vanity you're on the wrong track. Normal aging processes look...normal. Looking weird looks weird. You were so obsessed with the wrinkles being ugly that you made yourself even uglier than the wrinkles. It's almost literally cutting off your nose to spite your face.

There comes a point in like 99.9% of women's lives where being skinny comes with a cost, and you see that cost with KB.
You see this even the Liz Hurley reference earlier ITT (even though she seems to be in that 0.001%) is she has more "meat on the bones" than KB does in OP.
The neck and hands never lie.
*ETA: she smokes, so that doesn't help her. It destroys the collagen and elastin and makes skin saggy. Once you start using surgery to fix skin issues, it shows bigly.
*ETA: and this happens to men, too, but even as we age we will still have enough testosterone to have muscle to combat this issue, so it hits much later.

What's next? Adopting a trans child?

Men and women get so focused on their imperfections and signs of aging they lose all sight of objectivity.
Aging is actually normal and it actually looks normal.
It's like the balding guy who has to shave it all to look like a lumpy headed cancer patient, or wear a hat all the time. What's the point? Who are you fooling? You see a balding stranger at the store and you don't even notice it, it doesn't even cross your mind. Because it's just normal.

Well this is certainly amplified for a person like KB whose societal value is almost entirely based in her appearance
It's a lot scarier for the younger women who are normal pretty and have to contribute to society in other ways, but feel they have to be like KB

As bizarre as she looks, those clown shoes may be the weirdest part of the photo.

I read the entire thread and went back and looked at that dress. Holy crap, she is wearing a penis and balls. WTF?

It’s a strange, vicious cycle.
They all get work done when younger - but because they are young, the results are often subtle but enough to not be incredibly obvious - and it works and they get acting gigs.
Then as they age, it’s gets harder to get by on subtle cosmetic tweaks, so they go more extreme in an effort to keep getting work and not be replaced by the younger crop - and they don’t get work because they look weird, so they up the extremity of the cosmetic surgery because in their minds - they have to look younger and younger - then boom!

Too skinny. She’ll never fill out that rubber suit again.

Damn, I had her neck and neck with Salma Hayek as far as 90s chicks that were still hot in their 50s. Salma is the clear winner now.

Salma is a great example of not trying to be a size 0/1 and looking good as she ages. She understands the assignments

Those years in Grand Coteau really shaped her outlook on life.
