Weather isn't an exact science. They knew it was going to rain a lot, but I don't think no one could predict what happened. I am not sure if this bitch is saying that the prediction was wrong because there have been jobs cut in the NWS, but doesn't local stations have technology that's just as good as the NWS? I am not sure how that works. The locale stations ultimately follow the NWS?
