But this case has a new wrinkle. The woman was not a regular teacher. She ran the fencing program at a Shreveport school.

Police said Settlemire is accused of inappropriately touching a student on multiple occasions between September 2000 and May 2002. The alleged victim was 15- and 16 years old at the time, police said.
