Coushatta. Been a couple of months since the last one. But we've had over 20 the past couple of years. Probably all the fracking.

Must have occurred right under your house. Probably should go ahead and move.

Sorry had Taco Bell last night.

Or someone's wife fell. Time to call a dragline company to pull her off the floor.

After we had the one that was over 4, we got coverage. Was only 2 more dollars a month with state farm.

2026 has already seen 10 earthquakes of magnitude 7 or greater worldwide.

We average 14.9 a year for reference.

Already moved from Shreveport to here. Would rather deal with earthquakes than the crime.

Already had those responses from the last time I posted it last year.

Probably not.

In 1964, between April 24th and August 9th, they had 25 recorded earthquakes in that area, ranging from magnitude 2.6 to 4.4.

That data comes from a 2011 article warning that Louisiana is overdue for an earthquake.

It lasted maybe a second. We are so used to it now it's like, yep another quake. First time we had one, didn't know what the hell happened. 3.4 quake that's within 10 miles will rock you a little.

January of '25 was the first one I really felt. Just bought a car and was checking out the features. When I started it, the car violently shook back and forth. Thought I broke the car. Was very rare timing. The 4.9 we had last year made it hard to stand up. They don't last long but a intense.
