No kidding. I’m not some crazy environmentalist but JFC clean up your rivers and build a real sewer system. Those people are disgusting.

LOOSE = not tight or as a verb when you let go of something "let it loose".

I am also not an environmentalist, but to think normal citizens are doing this and are to lazy to use a trash can is next level dumb. India is the worlds landfill because government leaders allow that crap to be imported and dumped for a price.
